Tecnobit is a high-tech company that develops products for the Defence, Security, Transport, Aerospace and Telecommunications sectors. It is a company that invests heavily in research and development (R&D), combining in-company development with the acquisition of external knowledge, and using both direct purchase and strategic alliances for its technological advancement. This case covers aspects related to technology management, market entry mode, knowledge protection, and the availability of key complementary resources in the implementation of a company’s technological strategy.
